SUMMONS TO DENY |

The
Church At Lake Bohinj |
By PAUL HERTELENDY
of TheColumnists.com
A village church
quite venerable
With towering steeple needling the sky
Casts, upside down, reflections on the tranquil mirror lake
As, steeped in irony,
The lofty bells proclaim a sunny Sunday morning
Heedless of the gate-post placard:
CLOSED FOR RESTORATION.
